I am especially happy for this important and necessary step we are taking as the City of Culture that we are".
In the text of the proposal approved , unanimously by all political groups, the European Network Storytelling Sites and Towns (European Network Storytelling Sites and Towns) recalled that this network began its journey in June 2022; being constituted in a formal ceremony chaired by the Mayor of Guadalajara and with the presence of representatives of the partners of this European project.
This network, born from the European project of the same name and financed by the European Executive Agency for Education and Culture (EACEA), was launched with the aim of locating places, festivals, landscapes, institutions and associations related to the oral tradition and to share them by facilitating cooperation between institutions and member states.
